We review the unit, from photos or a visit, and send you a quote before any work starts.
3. We handle the work
We line up and manage the cleaners and trades. You don't chase anyone.
4. You get photos and updates
Before and after photos for turnovers, a photo report for check-ups, and updates along the way.
5. We keep an eye on it
Book check-ups every 6 months, and call us for repairs anytime.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Every unit is different, so we quote each job. Send us the area, the number of units and a few photos, and we'll get back to you with a number.
Do I need to be there?
No. We'll arrange access with you, and you get photos and updates so you can see the work without driving over.
Who tells the tenant about a check-up?
You do. In Ontario the landlord gives the tenant at least 24 hours' written notice before entry. We'll agree on a time with you first.
Will you do repairs during a check-up without asking?
No. We flag what we find in the photo report. Repairs are quoted only when you ask, and nothing happens until you say go.
What do you tell my tenant?
We leave simple, friendly care tips, like running the bathroom fan or cleaning the dryer vent, to help keep the unit in good shape.
